Meet the Team

I work with pre-teens, teens and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, low self-esteem, codependency, healing from narcissistic parents/partners, and high achieving individuals looking to be more present in their lives.

I understand how frustrating and powerless it can feel to be trapped in our own mind. It feels like someone is in the driver seat and we are merely a passenger, along for the ride. This might look like overthinking before going into social situations, constant negative self talk or entering into relationships because we crave a sense of safety. This is just the mind trying to keep us safe. And I am so thankful for that! My goal for myself and all my clients is to get a point where we are able to understand why we might feel that way, and still do the thing that scares us. Our mind will create a million narratives to keep us safe, and they might not all be true. I am big on “duality”, honoring the concept that we can hold two things at once. I work with all my clients to ensure we are not shaming ourselves for being anxious, depressed, codependent, etc. but holding compassion and also holding ourselves accountable.

I see my role as therapist as holding a flashlight while you tell me where to go. I will never place myself as having all the answers or being the expert. I am merely a human on this journey with you. My goal is to help you build self-confidence, foster better relationships and gain a deeper understanding of yourself. I pull from a variety of modalities such as Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamics and Narrative Therapy to best suit you and your goals. I believe that we all have the innate power to overcome whatever obstacles are in our way, sometimes we just need the space to discover it.

I am a Washington native who has grown so accustomed to the rain that I’ve begun to love it. I strive to be myself at all times and you will find I am the same in the therapy room as I am on the couch. I love to laugh and will joke about basically everything. I value connection deeply and strive to be curious about others at all times. This passion led me to pursue my Masters in Counseling Psychology at Bastyr University. I have a cat named Honey who you will most definitely meet in virtual sessions! I am an avid foodie and love spending time with friends over a meal.

My ideal clients are ready to engage in meaningful self-exploration and personal growth. They may be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or dissatisfied with certain aspects of their lives, but they are willing to look at themselves and their patterns to create lasting change. I am especially drawn to working with people navigating big life or career changes, those entering or transitioning into parenthood, specifically pre/postnatal counseling. I work best with clients who value radical honesty—both with themselves and within the therapeutic relationship—and who are open to receiving compassionate feedback, even when it feels challenging.

I help individuals navigate family business dynamics, managing work/life balance issues, religious trauma, and prenatal/postpartum mental health challenges. Whether you're healing from spiritual abuse, adjusting to parenthood, or just life curveballs, I provide compassionate support, practical tools, and a space for meaningful growth and healing.

Life can feel overwhelming when you're carrying the weight of expectations, relationships, work, and family. You don't have to navigate it alone. I offer a compassionate, honest space where you can feel seen, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change. Like a gardener, I won't force you to grow, but I'll work to help remove what stops you.
